    Antique Porcelain Doll with Muslin Cloth Body, Dress 6.5"-Very Old, circa 1850
    These were economical dolls to make and very popular from the 1700's through to the turn of the 20th Century. The aging shown in the cloth males it appear to be very old. It's a fairly early version of a design that was prevalent for maybe two centuries.
